2. PRIVACY POLICY
2.1 Who is responsible for your information?
Fabian Scholz, trading as Twin Flames Mastery, is responsible for the personal information processed for the purposes described below. You can exercise your privacy rights or ask questions by emailing [email protected].
2.2 Information we process and why
Website operation: When you visit our website, technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages and access times may be processed to deliver the website, diagnose problems and protect it from misuse. The basis is our legitimate interest in operating a reliable and secure website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Workshop requests: When you request the free Twin Flame Signs and Synchronicities workshop, we process the name and contact details you provide, your request and delivery information to provide the recording and respond to access questions. Processing necessary to supply the workshop you requested is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. A request for the workshop does not, by itself, subscribe you to promotional messages or sales calls.
Enquiries and bookings: We process your contact information, correspondence, booking details and payment status to answer enquiries, organise coaching and perform our agreement with you. The basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where this concerns a contract or steps requested before a contract, and otherwise our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Legal obligations: We process information needed for accounting, tax records and other legal requirements under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. Where necessary, we also retain information to establish, exercise or defend legal claims under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Marketing: With your separate permission for the relevant channel, we use your email address or telephone number to send information and offers about our Twin Flame workshops, Ascension Coaching and related spiritual-development services. Available channels are email, SMS, WhatsApp and telephone calls. The basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR together with applicable electronic-marketing rules.
Consent records: We record the permission you gave, its wording or version, the relevant channel, when and how it was obtained, and any later withdrawal. We use these records to respect and demonstrate your choices. The basis is our legal obligations where applicable and our legitimate interest in demonstrating compliance.
2.3 Your marketing choices
Each marketing channel is optional. You can select one, several or none of the available choices. Declining or withdrawing marketing permission does not prevent you from receiving the workshop you requested or services you purchased.
To withdraw permission:
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or email us.
- SMS: reply STOP to a text message or email us. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us directly.
- WhatsApp: send STOP in the conversation or tell us that you no longer want promotional messages.
- Telephone: tell the caller or email us that you no longer wish to receive marketing calls.
You can withdraw individual permissions or all marketing permissions by emailing [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Necessary booking, access or service communications may still be sent on an appropriate legal basis.
We do not sell your phone number or provide your SMS opt-in records or consent to other businesses or affiliates for their own marketing. Providers involved in delivering our communications may process the information needed to perform that service for us.
2.4 HighLevel and LeadConnector
We use HighLevel and LeadConnector services for website hosting, forms, contact management and communication workflows. These services process technical data, information submitted through our forms, consent records, communications and related contact information on our behalf. Their infrastructure and authorised service providers may process data in the United States and other countries.
More information about their processing arrangements:

2.5 Google Analytics
With your analytics consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website and to improve its content. Depending on the enabled settings, it processes identifiers, device and browser information, page views, interactions, referral information and approximate location information.
The basis for this analytics processing is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Where cookies or similar access to your device require consent, section 25(1) TDDDG also applies. You can withdraw this permission through the website's cookie settings.
Retention of user-level and event-level data in our Google Analytics property: [INSERT THE ACTUAL CONFIGURED RETENTION PERIOD, FOR EXAMPLE 2 OR 14 MONTHS]. Aggregated reports can be subject to different retention rules.

2.6 Meta Pixel
With your advertising consent, we use Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of advertising and understand actions taken after an advertisement. Depending on the enabled settings, it can also support advertising audiences. Information may include identifiers, IP address, browser and device details, visited pages and interaction events. Meta may associate this information with a Facebook or Instagram account and process it under its own policies.
The basis for our use of this advertising technology is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where applicable, section 25(1) TDDDG. You can withdraw advertising consent through the website's cookie settings.
For collection and transmission of relevant event data, the applicable Meta Business Tools terms and joint-controller arrangements govern the allocation of responsibilities between us and Meta. You can contact us about our part of that processing and exercise rights with Meta concerning its processing.

2.7 Cookies and similar technologies
Technologies that are strictly necessary to supply a service you expressly request may be used without optional tracking consent where the law permits. Optional analytics and advertising technologies require the relevant permission.
The cookie settings must allow you to accept or reject optional categories and later change your choices. Refusing optional analytics or advertising does not prevent you from requesting the workshop or buying coaching. Cookie information, including the technologies used and their storage durations, is available in the cookie settings.
2.8 YouTube workshop recordings
Workshop recordings are hosted on YouTube. When you open a YouTube workshop link, you access Google's service, which processes information under its own privacy policy. This may include technical identifiers and information about your viewing activity. If you are signed in, activity may be associated with your Google account according to your account settings.
Google's privacy information:
https://policies.google.com/privacy
2.9 Zoom group coaching
We use Zoom for video group coaching. Participation can involve processing your display name, meeting and connection information, audio, video and messages you choose to share. Other participants can see or hear the information you share with the group. Processing necessary to deliver booked sessions is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Recording, transcription or AI note-taking is not authorised merely by purchasing or attending a session. Before using these functions, we will explain the purpose, recipients and retention and obtain any consent required. Participants must not record sessions or distribute other participants' contributions without permission.
Coaching may involve personal experiences, including sensitive information about health or beliefs. Please do not submit sensitive information in the workshop registration form. Where we need to process special-category information for coaching and rely on consent, we will request separate explicit consent under Article 9(2)(a) GDPR. Accepting these terms alone does not provide that consent.
Zoom's privacy information:
https://www.zoom.com/en/trust/privacy/privacy-statement/
2.10 WhatsApp and telephone communication
If you choose WhatsApp, your number, profile information and messages may be processed by WhatsApp and its service providers. This is separate from any permission for SMS. Marketing through WhatsApp or telephone calls is limited to the channel and purpose you have expressly selected. We also process information necessary to respond when you contact us yourself.
WhatsApp privacy information:
https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy-eea
2.11 Payments and other recipients
Payment links are provided through FastPayDirect. The payment services involved in the checkout process receive the identity, transaction, billing and payment information needed to process your payment, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. The applicable payment provider's information is presented during checkout. We receive the booking and payment information needed to administer your purchase.
Information may also be disclosed to technical service providers, professional advisers or public authorities where necessary to provide services, comply with law or protect legal rights. Service providers acting on our instructions are subject to appropriate processing arrangements where required.
2.12 International processing
The services described above may involve processing outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where GDPR transfer rules apply, transfers require a valid mechanism, such as an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards. A provider's participation in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework can support covered transfers; other transfers may require European Commission standard contractual clauses and additional safeguards.
The applicable provider agreements explain the arrangements for their services. You can contact us for information about the mechanism used for your data and how to obtain a copy of relevant safeguards.
2.13 How long we keep information
We retain information for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to necessary legal retention and claims-handling requirements:
- Workshop requests and enquiries: for delivery and the handling of the related request, including resolving access or support questions. Continuing marketing requires its own valid basis.
- Marketing contact records: while valid consent remains in place and the marketing programme continues. We review continued retention when the purpose ends or permission is withdrawn.
- Booking, accounting and transaction records: for the duration of the service and applicable statutory retention periods, or longer where a specific unresolved legal claim requires it.
- Consent and opt-out evidence: as necessary to demonstrate compliance and avoid contacting someone who has opted out. Where section 7a UWG applies, evidence of telephone-advertising consent is retained for five years from consent and again following each use of that consent.
- Analytics information: as stated in the Google Analytics section. Cookie durations are stated in the cookie settings.
Information retained only for legal purposes is restricted from unrelated marketing use.
2.14 Your rights
Subject to applicable legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation, and you may object to direct marketing at any time. You may withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing.
You can complain to a data-protection supervisory authority, including the authority where you live or work or where the alleged infringement occurred. Our contact details are provided above.
Providing information for marketing is voluntary. We need a working email address to send the requested recording and sufficient booking and transaction information to provide paid services. If you do not wish to provide a phone number in the workshop form, contact us by email to request the recording. No marketing permission is required for that request.
3. TERMS OF SERVICE
3.1 What we offer
Twin Flames Mastery offers spiritual education and coaching focused on the Twin Flame journey, Ascension and Divine Channeling. Services are provided by Fabian Scholz under the Twin Flames Mastery name.
The free Twin Flame Signs and Synchronicities workshop is a recording supplied by an access link. Requesting it does not involve purchasing coaching or agreeing to promotional contact through every channel.
The Divine Channeling Ascension Coaching Group package costs USD 111 and includes four consecutive group coaching sessions by video conference, lasting 60 minutes each. The advertised schedule is Sundays at 4 PM EDT. Your four session dates and access details are communicated as part of your booking. Please check the stated timezone when planning attendance.
3.2 Booking and payment
Please review the offer and total payable price before placing an order. Payment is made using the payment options available at checkout. Any applicable taxes or other charges must be disclosed before you confirm payment. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion charges.
The package covers the four agreed consecutive sessions. It does not create an automatic ongoing subscription. Any additional package requires a separate purchase. Payment must be received before attendance unless we agree otherwise.
If an offer or booking confirmation contains an apparent error or conflicts with information on the website, contact us so that we can clarify it before you rely on it. Mandatory consumer rights always apply.
3.3 Attendance and changes
You need a suitable device, an internet connection and access to Zoom to participate. Please join on time and choose a setting where you can participate without disclosing other participants' conversations to people outside the group.
If you cannot attend an agreed session, contact us as soon as possible. Any change of dates, replacement session or voluntary cancellation arrangement must be agreed with us. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
If we cannot deliver an agreed session, we will contact you to arrange a replacement. If an appropriate replacement cannot be agreed, you may claim reimbursement for the affected undelivered service, without limiting any further statutory rights.
3.4 Spiritual scope and professional boundaries
Fabian holds a B.Sc. in Psychology and is certified as a Twin Flame Ascension Coach through Twin Flames Universe. These qualifications do not constitute a licence to provide clinical psychology, psychotherapy or medical treatment.
The workshop and coaching are educational and spiritual services. They do not provide diagnosis, treatment, medical advice, psychotherapy or crisis intervention and do not replace care from qualified healthcare professionals.
Twin Flames, Harmonious Twin Flame Union, Divine Channeling and synchronicities are discussed as spiritual beliefs and personal experiences. Participation does not guarantee a particular relationship, reunion, spiritual ability, healing result or timeline. Interpretations of signs or channeling do not establish another person's feelings, intentions or consent.
You retain responsibility for your choices and remain free to decline an exercise. Respect your own wellbeing and other people's boundaries, including requests for no contact. Do not discontinue professional treatment because of coaching. Contact local emergency services if you are in immediate danger.
3.5 Group privacy and respectful participation
Participants must treat one another respectfully and keep other participants' personal disclosures confidential. Do not share meeting links, recordings, screenshots or identifying accounts of other participants without permission. Although we require respectful handling of group information, we cannot guarantee another participant's conduct.
We may take proportionate steps to address serious disruption, harassment or unsafe conduct. Any restriction or termination of access and its financial consequences remain subject to applicable law.
3.6 Materials and recordings
Workshop access and coaching materials are for your personal use. Unless permission or applicable law allows it, you may not redistribute, sell, publicly upload or commercially reproduce them. No permission to record another person is implied by attendance or purchase.
3.7 Statutory withdrawal rights
If you purchase online as a consumer and have a statutory right of withdrawal, you may withdraw within 14 days after the contract is concluded without giving a reason.
To withdraw, notify Fabian Scholz, Herner Str. 30, 45886 Gelsenkirchen, Germany, or email [email protected] with a clear statement identifying the contract you wish to withdraw from. Sending your statement before the withdrawal period ends is sufficient. You may use the form below, but are not required to do so.
Following a valid withdrawal, we reimburse the payments due for repayment within 14 days after receiving your notice, using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise and without charging a reimbursement fee.
If you expressly requested a paid service to begin during the withdrawal period and the legal requirements are met, you may owe a proportionate amount for services already provided. For paid services, early loss of the withdrawal right requires full performance together with the legally required prior express consent and acknowledgement. Attending a first session alone does not automatically remove that right.
Different conditions apply to digital content supplied without a physical medium. We do not treat a general acceptance of these terms as a substitute for any separate consent or acknowledgement required by law. Mandatory rights concerning defective or undelivered services are unaffected.

3.8 Liability and mandatory rights
Liability is governed by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health. No provision removes mandatory consumer protections.
4. SMS, WHATSAPP AND TELEPHONE MARKETING TERMS
If you separately opt in, Twin Flames Mastery may contact you through the channel you selected about workshops, Ascension Coaching, spiritual-development content and related offers. SMS, WhatsApp and telephone permissions are separate from one another and from email permission. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchasing a service or receiving the free workshop.
The frequency of promotional communications varies. Your mobile provider may charge for SMS messages or data according to your plan. Delivery can be affected by network availability and carrier processing; carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages to the extent permitted by law.
To end SMS marketing, reply STOP. A confirmation of your opt-out may be sent. For SMS assistance, reply HELP or email [email protected]. To end WhatsApp marketing, send STOP in the conversation. To end marketing calls, tell the caller or contact us by email. You can withdraw any or all permissions by email at any time.
Rejoining a programme after opting out requires a new valid opt-in. Messages needed to process an opt-out or respond to a request are separate from permission to resume marketing.
Use of your contact information is described in the Privacy Policy in section 2 of this page:
